In a world that constantly tells us to prioritize success, security, and possessions, today’s Sunday Service reminded us of a timeless truth: God must always come first . Ps. Roland began with a powerful declaration: “Let the weak say I am strong. Let the poor say I am rich.” This is not denial—it is faith. It is choosing to believe what God says over what circumstances show. God’s Process Comes Before God’s Provision “And He humbled you and let you hunger and fed you with manna…” — Deuteronomy 8:3 Before God gave manna, He allowed hunger .   January 4, 2026 – First Sunday Service of the Year As we begin a new year, one question was raised by Ps. Roland during our Sunday Service that stayed with me: Ano nga ba ang ibig sabihin ng masagana? Masagana , or being abundant, does not always mean having more possessions, more plans, or more achievements. Ang tunay na kasaganaan ay nagsisimula kung ang lahat ng nasa atin ay iniaalay sa Diyos—through worship . Worship is not just how we start the year; it is how we live it. 1. Worship Is Man’s Best Gift to God “Present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” — Romans 12:1 Worship is not limited to songs or lifted hands.
